What to include in a report
Send the issue to the address below with as much of the following as you can; we can only confirm an error we can reproduce.
- The full page URL and language where the issue appears.
- Calculator inputs, the displayed result, and the time observed.
- A publicly accessible official source URL and the statement or value you believe conflicts.
- Browser and device details only when the issue may be interface-related.
How reports are assessed
The order is: reproduce the issue, then check the formula, the recorded data and the conditions that apply. Once a reproducible calculation error is fixed, it is added to the checks that run before publishing, so the same kind of error cannot return. If the difference comes from account tier, region, time or a live exchange change, the page clarifies its limitation or data state instead of claiming access to account information it does not have.
How corrections are recorded
A material error affecting cost, risk, regional eligibility or the choice of exchange leaves a dated entry on this page after correction, naming the affected page, the error, and the change. Typography or wording fixes that do not change meaning may be corrected without an individual log entry.
- A correction date is not backdated to the original publication date.
- When a conclusion changes, the record explains the difference between the former and corrected content.
- When immediate verification is not possible, the affected claim is limited or paused first.

Frequently asked questions
Will every report result in the requested change?
Not necessarily. We check the formula, the source and the conditions that apply. If an issue cannot be reproduced, we may ask for more non-sensitive information, or keep the content and state its limitation more clearly.
Is a normal fee change a correction?
Not necessarily. If the page clearly shows an observation time, a later market change is usually a data update. If an old value is incorrectly presented as current, its data state or content needs correction.
